Due to the personalized nature of our products, all items are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged once the artwork has been approved for printing.
We provide a preview of your artwork before production and offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are fully satisfied prior to printing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, we may require clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations only before the artwork has been approved and sent to production.
Once the artwork is approved, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- dissatisfaction after approving the preview
- incorrect photo uploaded by the customer
- incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
- delays caused by shipping carriers
