We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Artwork preparation typically takes 1–2 business days.

Once approved, your order is sent to production and then shipped through our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times are shown on our website but are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once the artwork has been approved for printing.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.

8. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND IMAGE RIGHTS
